Answers Before You Schedule

Call us or fill out the contact form to schedule a pickup. Pickup requests must be submitted by 6:30 AM on the morning of the requested pickup day — requests received after 6:30 AM may be scheduled for the next available pickup day based on route availability. A $30 scheduling deposit is required before we dispatch — it is credited toward your final invoice. We collect your laundry, weigh it at our processing facility, calculate your final total, and invoice you for any remaining balance. That balance must be paid before washing begins. Once payment is complete, we wash, dry, fold, and return your laundry within 48 hours. Fuel and delivery are included — no extra fees.

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from pickup to delivery. Same-Day Rush Service is available for an additional $0.60 per pound, subject to scheduling and availability. Call ahead to confirm same-day availability.

Yes. Let us know your preferences when you schedule — unscented, hypoallergenic, a specific brand, or your own detergent sent along with the pickup. We note it on your account and follow it every time.

We serve customers based on actual driving distance from our nearest location — Branson or Cassville. Communities we serve include Branson, Cassville, Hollister, Forsyth, Kimberling City, Shell Knob, Reeds Spring, Galena, Monett, Purdy, Seligman, Wheaton, and surrounding areas. Service availability depends on driving distance and route availability. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our service range, contact us and we will let you know.

When you schedule a pickup, a deposit equal to your distance-based minimum is collected before we dispatch. Once we depart for your pickup, the deposit becomes payment toward your order and is nonrefundable. After pickup, your laundry is weighed on our company-approved scale. Your final total is calculated at $2.25 per pound. The deposit is credited toward that total. If your total equals the deposit amount, nothing more is owed. If your total exceeds the deposit, you receive an invoice for the remaining balance — which must be paid before washing, drying, folding, or any other processing begins.

Once we have departed for your scheduled pickup, the deposit becomes payment toward your order and is nonrefundable. If a return trip is required to return unprocessed laundry, applicable return-trip charges may apply according to company policy.

Yes. Ironing and pressing are available starting at $4 per item. Contact us when you schedule and we will provide a quote based on what you need.

We handle your laundry with care and are fully insured. Lost or damaged items will be handled per our liability policy. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you have a concern and we will work with you to make it right.
