Pickup & Delivery

We pick up your household laundry, weigh it at our facility, and send you a final invoice before any processing begins. A deposit equal to your distance-based minimum is required before dispatch — it is credited toward your total. Minimums range from $30 to $100 based on actual driving distance. Once payment is complete, we wash, dry, fold, and return your laundry to your door within 48 hours.

The Process

How It Works

A deposit equal to your distance-based minimum is required before dispatch. Here is exactly what to expect from request to delivery.

Submit Request

Complete our online service request form or call to schedule. Requests must be submitted by 6:30 AM on the morning of the requested pickup day — requests received after 6:30 AM may be scheduled for the next available pickup day.

step 02

Pay Deposit

A deposit equal to your distance-based minimum ($30, $60, or $100 depending on driving distance) is collected before we dispatch. It is credited toward your final invoice. Once we depart for pickup, the deposit is nonrefundable.

step 03

We Pick Up

We collect your laundry during the scheduled pickup window — Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

step 04

We Weigh & Invoice

Your laundry is weighed on our company-approved scale. Your final total is calculated at the current rate. Your deposit is credited. If a balance remains, an invoice is sent to you.

step 05

Pay Balance

Any remaining balance above your deposit must be paid before processing begins. If your total equals your deposit amount, no additional payment is required.

step 06

We Wash & Fold

Once payment is complete, your laundry is professionally washed, dried, folded, packaged, and quality checked — typically within 48 hours.

step 07

We Deliver

Your clean laundry is returned during the scheduled delivery window — Tuesday through Saturday, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
